We also monitor if you have downloaded files that are provided by us. We keep ip addresses and time information for security reasons.

At our offices we do provide guest wifi. The system is password protected and provides access to internet only. A direct connection to the servers that keep personal data is not possible through our guest wifi. To keep a list of people we like to work with, whether clients or vendors, we use a third party provider: Mailchimp. The contact information we keep is name, e-mail address, phone number(s), instant messaging information (e.g. skype handle), and other contact information you have shared with us. If you have shared your birthday with us, we might use that to whish you all the best on your birthday.

When you have provided your birthday, passport number, identity card number, expiration dates of legal documents and scans of those documents, we use those to identify you on productions on which we work together. Sensitive information is never shared with third parties for any other reason than security.

Contact information such as e-mail address and phone number can be shared on a “call-sheet”, in order for crew and clients to be able to contact each other on a production we are working on together. If you do not wish to be listed on a call sheet please notify us via e-mail on

For artists, government, state security or other persons of public interest we handle personal data with extra care. This data is only shared with co-workers that need to be in contact in order to make the production we are working on a success.
